By accessing and using the website https://www.google.com/search?q=SpaceChildPhotography.com (the “Website”), or by booking a photography session with SpaceChild Photography (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Website or services.
This Website and our photography services are intended solely for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By using this Website or booking a boudoir session, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not photograph minors for boudoir or suggestive editorial content under any circumstances.
Booking and Payments
Retainer/Deposit: To reserve a date for a photoshoot, a non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of booking. No date is reserved until the retainer is received.
Payment Schedule: The remaining balance of the session fee is due on or before the day of the photoshoot, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Pricing: Prices for sessions and products are subject to change at any time, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the pricing valid at the time of booking.
Client Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, you must notify us at least 14 days in advance.
Forfeiture: Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of your retainer.
Weather/Illness: In the event of inclement weather (for outdoor shoots) or illness, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your session to a mutually agreeable date.
Photographer Ownership: SpaceChild Photography retains the copyright to all images created during your session. The images are protected by U.S. Copyright Law.
Client Usage: You (the Client) are granted a license to use the images for personal use only (e.g., social media, printing for home, sharing with friends). You may not sell, publish, or use the images for commercial profit without express written permission from us.
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are familiar with our portfolio and style. You grant SpaceChild Photography artistic license to interpret the photography session through our own creative vision, including posing, lighting, and post-processing (editing).
In the unlikely event that digital files are lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons beyond our control (including but not limited to camera failure, hard drive failure, or theft), our liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event. We are not liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of your order.
Our Website may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as booking platforms or social media) that are not owned or controlled by SpaceChild Photography. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
